Job Description
Client Relationship Executive (CRE) – Roles & ResponsibilitiesCompany: Archstone Ventures
Location: Devanahalli, Bengaluru
- Key Roles & Responsibilities:Handle both incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
- Respond to property inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media leads
- Follow up with interested clients and investors regularly
- Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and investment opportunities
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and sales teams
- Generate and maintain client relationships for long-term business growth
- Maintain daily call reports, follow-up records, and lead status updates
- Convert leads into site visits and potential sales opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams regarding lead quality and customer feedback
- Ensure professional communication and excellent customer service at all times
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and client engagement
- Skills Required:Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Kannada, English & Hindi speaking preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/Excel handling
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Qualification & Experience:Any Degree / PUC
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Real Estate, or Sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
