Counter Salesperson

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Provide information about bakery products (ingredients, shelf life, etc.) and suggest options based on customer preferences.

Handle cash, credit/debit transactions accurately using the POS system.

Pack and serve bakery items such as bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and snacks.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and display areas.

Monitor stock levels at the counter and inform kitchen or supervisor for replenishment.

Ensure all products are labeled correctly with prices and expiry dates.

Manage customer complaints or refer to the manager as needed.

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned
