**Role Overview**:  

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to enhance customer engagement for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, resolving issues, overseeing payment follow-ups, and fostering long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer interactions throughout the sales process, from inquiry to post-sale services.

- Provide personalized support to clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience.

- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant details and feedback.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met.

- Handle client issues and resolve them efficiently, maintaining professionalism.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure post-purchase satisfaction.

- Facilitate project site visits for prospective customers.

- Coordinate handovers and manage after-sales service requirements.

- Oversee and manage **payment follow-ups** to ensure timely collections and resolve any payment-related concerns.

- Monitor customer feedback and work on continuous improvement of customer service processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in customer relationship management in the real estate sector.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain strong relationships.

- Expertise in **payment follow-ups** and collection processes.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenging situations.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market.

- Experience with residential projects.
