Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a dedicated, empathetic, and communicative Customer Care Executive (Voice) to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary voice of our company, responsible for managing both inbound and outbound customer communications. Your primary objective will be to understand customer needs, provide swift and accurate resolutions to their issues, and ensure a seamless, positive experience with every interaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Call Management

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company guidelines.
• Actively listen to customer inquiries, diagnose issues, and provide effective troubleshooting or step-by-step guidance.
• De-escalate frustrated or upset customers with patience and empathy, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
• Guide customers through product features, billing inquiries, or service policies.

Outbound Call Management

• Initiate outbound calls to follow up on unresolved customer issues, open support tickets, or escalated complaints.
• Reach out to customers proactively regarding service updates, account notifications, or payment reminders.
• Conduct post-resolution courtesy calls to gather feedback and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
