Job Description
· Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
· Achieving the process targets given by Team leader
· Candidates require to drive the technical support operational tasks.
· When require, pick the inbound calls, and gather necessary customer information about caller and process it through the CRM tool
· Validate customer information with our CRM tool and create a S.R. on CRM on behalf of the customer.
· Should have good typing speed to quickly create customer’s cases/update service requests in the ticketing system
· Should have good knowledge on e-mails
· Effective communication (English) and customer handling skills are desired
· Previous experience of working with International customer handling – phone process is an added advantage.
· Must be fluent in one regional language along with English
