Job Description:

As a Customer Support Executive at b2b Process, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and assistance with their payment processing needs. Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our payment solutions. We are seeking minimum 06 experience candidate and experienced professionals to join our team.

• Identifying new business opportunities
• Generating leads
• Qualifying prospects
• Developing relationships with potential customers
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Maintaining ongoing account management
• Achieving sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field
• Proven experience in B2B sales
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one's own time
• Ability to build relationships and close deals.
