Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate . As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Work from Home

Qualification: Any Graduate with 1 year experience

Candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4)

Day Rotational Shifts

1 Rotational Off

CTC: Up to 23000/- per month




Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide product and service information to customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues.

• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interactions.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any remaining issues.

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails.

• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams.

• Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in customer support or related role.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software systems.

• Must be flexible to work in shifts if required.

• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
