Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen and drive culinary innovation. This role requires a visionary leader who can elevate our dessert offerings while maintaining our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative dessert menus aligned with Aubree's premium brand positioning
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the pastry team to ensure consistent excellence
  • Oversee recipe development, testing, and standardization across all product lines
  • Maintain stringent quality control standards for all pastry production
  • Manage inventory, cost controls, and vendor relationships for pastry operations
  • Collaborate with management on seasonal offerings and new product launches
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in high-end pastry operations with 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification in pastry arts
  • Expertise in French patisserie techniques and western dessert styles
  • Proven track record in menu development and innovation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Excellent understanding of costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with eggless and vegetarian dessert formulations
  • Knowledge of chocolate work and confectionery
  • Creative flair with presentation and plating techniques
