Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and managing accounting operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall finance and accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance and filings
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes
• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team
• Required QualificationsCA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with strong experience
• 5–8 years of experience in finance & accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, and compliance
• Experience handling audits and financial planning
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and financial software
