Job Description

Work Locations: Marathahalli, Malleshwaram and Koramangala

We are looking for a smart and friendly Receptionist to manage Front Desk Executive at our Laptop Store. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant attitude, and basic computer knowledge


  1. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and guide customers with product/service information.
  2. Attend calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
  3. Assist in showcasing laptops, accessories, and promotions.
  4. Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
  5. Maintain visitor logs, stock entry notes, and invoices.
  6. Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams.
  7. Manage appointment scheduling for repairs or demos.
  8. Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable.


  • Requirements Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
  • Customer-focused with polite and professional behavior.
