Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an F&B Sales professional at Catch44 Hospitality LLP located in Bengaluru. As an F&B Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales of food and beverages, building and maintaining customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your day-to-day tasks will include promoting and upselling food and beverage offerings, reservations, handling payment transactions, and providing recommendations based on customer preferences.

Location: ITPL Road, Whitefield, Bangalore


Prior experience in F&B sales or a similar customer-facing role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Knowledge of food and beverage products, including craft brews, is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and sales data.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Develop and present proposals and contracts to potential clients.

Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure financial targets are met.

Plan and coordinate promotional activities, events, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings.

Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.

Work closely with product development and operations teams to address customer needs and preferences.

Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Uphold high ethical standards in all business dealings.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and develop plans to meet or exceed sales goals.

Adjust sales strategies based on market conditions and performance results.
