**Job Description:**

**Kitchen Helper Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the preparation of food ingredients.

- Wash, peel, chop, and cut vegetables and fruits.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.

- Help with inventory management and storage of supplies.

- Follow all health and safety regulations.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor.

**Cook Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards.

- Ensure timely and efficient food preparation.

- Maintain a clean and organized cooking station.

- Monitor food stock and place orders as necessary.

- Assist in menu planning and development.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
