In this role, you will work closely with customers to guide them through the personal loan application process, from eligibility checks to disbursement. You will leverage our alliances with over 15 leading financial institutions, including ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank, IDFC Bank, Bajaj Finance, Aditya Birla Finance, Tata Capital, and more, to offer the best loan solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with personal loan applications and eligibility checks. - Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to clients. - Review and verify documentation for loan processing. - Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient loan process. - Meet sales targets and provide monthly reports on loan disbursals. - Stay updated on financial regulations, loan products, and market trends. - Collaborate with the credit team for quick approval of loan applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Good communication skills in English and local languages. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients. - Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach. - Basic knowledge of financial products, especially loans, is preferred. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
