• Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily production activities in the wood manufacturing unit.
• Operate, manage, and troubleshoot HOMAG DRILLTEQ machines with strong technical expertise.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production workflow to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with design, CNC, edge-banding, and assembly teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure optimum machine utilization, reduce downtime, and maintain production efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain machine logs, production reports, and daily output data.
• Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Train and guide operators for better performance and machine handling.
• Identify process improvement opportunities for productivity enhancement.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Wood Technology, Production Engineering, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with HOMAG DRILLTEQ and other CNC woodworking machines.
• In-depth knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and production plans.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication, leadership, and team-handling capabilities.
• Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
• Additional Preferred Skills:Experience with HOMAG software and machine programming.
• Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
• Understanding of material optimization and cost control.
