We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of internal projects. The role involves coordination between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timelines, documentation, and compliance are maintained effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the teams in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and task tracking.
2. Coordinate between developers, QA, UI/UX teams, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
3. Maintain documentation including scope, schedules, meeting minutes, change requests, etc.
4. Follow up on task completion, dependencies, and identify blockers.
5. Schedule and manage internal and client-facing meetings, sprints, and stand-ups.
6. Prepare regular reports on project status, team performance, and issue tracking.
7. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
8. Use project management tools to monitor progress.
9. Facilitate UAT coordination, feedback collection, and deployment planning.
