Job Title: Area Quality Control (QC) Executive​

Department: F&V quality

Job Summary:

The Area QC Executive is responsible for overseeing quality control operations across

3–5 designated stores. This role involves conducting daily store visits, ensuring

adherence to quality standards, analyzing complaints and write-offs, and implementing

corrective actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.​

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct daily visits to assigned stores to monitor and evaluate quality control

processes.

 Ensure compliance with FIFO protocols and proper product handling procedures.

 Analyze daily complaints and write-offs to identify trends and areas for

improvement.

 Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

 Collaborate with store teams to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

 Provide training and guidance to store staff on quality control best practices.

 Prepare and submit regular reports on quality metrics and store performance.​

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or any other degree

 Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

 Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

 Strong communication skills to effectively interact with store teams and

management.

 Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, as required.​

Skills:

 Attention to detail and strong observational skills.

 Ability to analyze data and identify patterns or discrepancies.

 Capable to have team management

 Team training on handling & process

 Problem-solving mindset with the ability to implement effective solutions.

 Adaptability to work in a dynamic retail environment.​

Working Conditions:

 Frequent travel to assigned stores within the designated area.

 Flexible working hours, including weekends
