Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager who can operate like a Retail CEO—taking full responsibility for store performance, sales growth, staff management, and customer experience. The ideal candidate should be proactive, business-oriented, and able to lead the team toward achieving monthly targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations end-to-end

Take complete ownership of sales, customer experience & profitability

Ensure achievement of monthly revenue targets

Lead, train & motivate store staff

Handle customer queries & resolve escalations

Manage inventory, stock availability & timely replenishment

Maintain store display, cleanliness & brand standards

Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports & share with management

Ensure process compliance, billing accuracy & cash handling

Work closely with management to execute business plans

Leadership & team management

Excellent customer service & communication skills

Good business acumen & decision-making ability

Knowledge of stock handling & visual merchandising

Basic MS Office/computer skills

Ability to multitask & handle pressure

Experience

2–6 years in retail store operations/management

Jewellery, fashion, electronics, or lifestyle retail preferred
