*Working on weekends and public holidays

*Weekly off: 1 off between Monday to Thursday/Sunday 

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative, energetic and result-oriented Marketing Manager for our gaming zone in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for increasing customer footfall, managing digital promotions, organizing events and tournaments, and building strong brand visibility through innovative online and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, Google promotions, and local advertising
• Create engaging content, reels, posters, and promotional offer
• Work closely with the operations team to increase sales and customer retention
• Develop strategies to improve memberships and repeat customer visits
• Manage vendor coordination for marketing materials and event setup
• Track monthly marketing budgets and campaign ROI
• Generate walk-in and corporate sales opportunities
• Promote gaming packages, memberships, birthday packages, and event bookings
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and local communities
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and memberships
• Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Identify new business opportunities and partnership prospects
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation
• Maintain customer database and sales reports
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
• Support event sales and tournament registrations
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling entertainment packages

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or gaming industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
• Experience in influencer marketing and promotional campaigns
• Ability to handle events and customer engagement activities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of branding and local area marketing strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
• Team handling and coordination skills
• Data analysis and reporting skills for campaign performance
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer acquisition focus
