Job Description

Senior Architect – Job DescriptionLocation: Devanahalli, Bengaluru

Company: Archstone Ventures

  • Key Responsibilities:Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings
  • Prepare design presentations, 2D/3D models, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site execution teams
  • Ensure project designs comply with local building regulations and standards
  • Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution quality
  • Manage project timelines, material selections, and client requirements
  • Support planning for residential, commercial, and premium development projects
  • Requirements:Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • 5–10+ years of experience in architectural design & project coordination
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop
  • Experience in construction drawings and execution detailing
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently
  • Preferred Skills:Knowledge of modern construction methods and materials
  • Experience in premium villas, commercial, and plotted developments
  • Strong presentation and client interaction skills
