REGALO- is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Store/Ware to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe working environment. 

1.Inventory Management:

• Supervise inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders as needed.
• Implement strategies to optimize inventory space and minimize carrying costs.

2.Operational Efficiency:

• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
• Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to streamline operations and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

3.Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including warehouse associates and supervisors.
• Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure team members meet productivity and quality standards.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and safety.

4.Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide training on proper handling of equipment and hazardous materials.

5.Customer Service:

• Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations or product availability.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing.
