Position: Telesales Executive

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executives to connect with potential customers, explain company products/services, generate leads, and support sales growth through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer details and call records in the system.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Any Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred: Candidates with good communication skills in English
