Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals.
Explain course details, career opportunities, and advantages of learning digital marketing.
Counsel students on course curriculum, fee structure, and admission process.
Convert inquiries into enrollments by building trust and addressing concerns.
Maintain lead database and follow up regularly to close admissions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and admissions targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional interactions.
Requirements & Skills:
Previous telesales / telecalling / counseling experience preferred (EdTech or training industry is a plus).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong ability to explain course benefits in simple and convincing language.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Comfortable working with CRM and MS Office tools.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
Languages: English, Hindi, or [Regional Language] as per location.
