AC Technician

IHK Systems PVT LTD is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning and AC Duct cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing on-site cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems and AC Ducts in commercial settings, ensuring they are clean, safe, and operating efficiently. This role involves both manual cleaning of components and the operation of robotic equipment for duct cleaning.

Responsibilities:

●     Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, filters, ducts, and blowers, at client sites.

●     Operate robotic duct cleaning equipment to remove grease, oil, and other contaminants from exhaust ducts.

●     Perform manual cleaning of kitchen hoods, filters, and blowers, ensuring all surfaces are free from buildup.

●     Apply cleaning solutions, such as Diversy D9, to loosen and remove stubborn deposits.

●     Document cleaning processes by taking photographs and videos of before-and-after conditions.

●     Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing cleaning activities, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

●     Maintain and care for cleaning equipment and tools.

●     Communicate effectively with clients on-site and address their basic questions and concerns.

●     Travel to various client locations within Bengaluru and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

●     Proven experience in kitchen exhaust cleaning or a similar cleaning role is preferred.

●     Familiarity with robotic duct cleaning equipment is a plus.

●     Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe application is an advantage.

●     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

●     Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

●     Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights if necessary.

●     Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
