·       Set the targets for the sales department and need to achieve their monthly target. 

·       Listen to customers’ requirements and discussing customers’ needs and interests to match them with the right vehicle.

·       Explaining the features and warranties of vehicles, and taking customers on test drives.

·       Answering questions about cars, financing, insurance, and the purchase process.

·       Completing paperwork for vehicle registrations and insurance policies.

·       Analyse market trends

·       Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets

·       Must understand sales process which is includes that start from walk in to deliver the vehicle.
