Baker

We are hiring an experienced Baker / Pastry CDP who can handle bakery production independently and maintain high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing breads, buns, rolls & artisan bakery items

• Making cakes, pastries & desserts (as per menu)

• Handling dough mixing, fermentation & baking

• Operating ovens, mixers & bakery equipment

• Preparing creams, fillings, sauces & glazes

• Maintaining texture, taste & consistency

• Stock management of flour, butter, yeast, cream etc.

• Checking quality & maintaining hygiene standards

• Supporting new menu development

• Packing bakery items for orders & café display
