Job Description
- Bartender – Job Role & Responsibilities1. Drink Preparation & ServicePrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of drinks.
- Handle bar equipment like shakers, pourers, blenders, and POS billing systems.
- 2. Customer ServiceGreet guests, take orders, and recommend drinks based on preferences.
- Maintain a friendly, engaging, and professional bar atmosphere.
- Resolve guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- 3. Bar OperationsMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- 4. Cash Handling & BillingManage billing, cash, UPI, and card transactions through POS.
- Maintain accuracy while processing orders and closing bills.
- 5. Inventory & Stock ManagementTrack daily consumption and assist in stock ordering.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and prevent wastage or pilferage.
- 6. Team CollaborationWork closely with service staff, barbacks, and management for smooth operations.
- Support during events, high-volume hours, and special promotions.
