Job Title: Billing Clerk


Company: Bharath Medical and General Agencies


Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Onsite


Key Responsibilities:


Process and manage client billing

Prepare and send accurate invoices

Resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries

Maintain billing records and documentation

Assist with accounts receivable tasks



Required Qualifications:


12th pass (High school diploma or equivalent)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Problem-solving skills and sound logic

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software


Desired Qualities:


A "can-do" attitude that never quits (even when the printer does)

Excellent organizational skills

Strong communication abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Proficient in English, Hindi and Kannada
