Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Broker Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our brokerage activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the brokerage, including trade execution, clearing, and settlement processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor and manage risk exposure related to trading activities.
• Coordinate with the technology team to ensure the smooth operation of algorithmic trading systems.
• Handle client inquiries and provide support related to brokerage services.
• Prepare and analyze reports on trading activities, performance, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the firm's operations remain compliant and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in brokerage operations, preferably in an algorithmic trading environment.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using trading platforms and financial software.
