Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Real Estate Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Real Estate Sales

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Real Estate Channel Partner team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and developers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads through channel partners, referrals, and direct inquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with builders/developers for inventory, pricing updates, and project insights.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Provide timely updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Kannada(optional) preferred.
  • Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Good understanding of local real estate market trends.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
  • Preferred AttributesStrong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Positive attitude with customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel for site visits and client meetings.
