We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Development Team. This dual-role position involves coordinating sales operations, supporting the field sales team, and actively reaching out to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily schedules, follow-ups, and order processing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to promote products, generate inquiries, and close sales.
• Maintain and update customer databases, quotations, and sales reports.
• Assist in preparing sales documents and follow up on payments and deliveries.
• Act as a bridge between the sales team and clients for smooth communication and service.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
• Prior experience in telesales or sales coordination is an advantage.
