Job Title: Business Development Executive and Content Creator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development Executive and Content Creator to join our team at Gen Process. In this dual role, you will be responsible for promoting our brand on social media through engaging reels and other content, as well as establishing and nurturing relationships with engineering colleges to arrange workshops, bootcamps, and hackathons.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

  - Develop and produce engaging reels and other multimedia content for social media platforms.

  - Create compelling content that aligns with our brand message and marketing goals.

  - Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize future posts.

2. Social Media Promotion:

  - Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.

  - Engage with our audience through regular posts, stories, and interactive content.

  - Utilize social media trends and tools to enhance brand visibility.

3. Business Development:

  - Identify and reach out to engineering colleges to promote our workshops, bootcamps, and hackathons.

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with college representatives and student bodies.

  - Coordinate and organize events, ensuring seamless execution and high participation.

4. Brand Ambassadorship:

  - Act as the face of Airbaclabs in all interactions with external partners and the online community.

  - Represent our brand at events, ensuring our values and mission are effectively communicated.


- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Passion for education, technology, and community engagement.
