Job Title: Business Development Associate
Company: Squareyards
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: 5 days a week
CTC: ₹25,000 - ₹33,000 per month (fixed) + performance-based variable incentives (₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month)

- Key Responsibilities:
- Calling & Client Engagement: Utilize company-provided leads to contact potential clients, understand their requirements, and explain suitable real estate options.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high conversion rates and build long-term relationships for future business.
- Negotiation & Closing Sales: Guide clients through the process, handle objections, negotiate prices, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- CRM Management: Update and manage client information and interactions in the CRM system to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion and achieve company sales goals.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients over the phone and handle negotiations effectively.
- Sales-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through persistent calling and follow-ups.
- Customer Focus: A client-first mindset, with the ability to provide customized solutions based on customer needs.
- Target-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve monthly performance goals.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or any B2C sales role with a strong focus on calling and lead conversion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Note: Candidates with more than 1 month of career gap should not apply.
- Compensation:
- Fixed Monthly CTC: ₹25,000 - ₹33,000
- Variable Pay: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month based on performance
