We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to


lead our Business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent


communication skills, a strong background in sales, and a passion for building relationships


with potential Managers/Executives



Roles and Responsibilities


Role Summary: The Business Development Manager/Executives (BDM/BDE) in EdTech sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships in the education technology space.




Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new sales leads across schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.

Build strong relationships with decision-makers (e.g., principals, deans, procurement heads).

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Present and demonstrate EdTech products or solutions, both virtually and in person.

Understand client needs and customize offerings accordingly.

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through EdTech products.

Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:



Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech sector.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
