Maintain detailed records of repairs, including parts used and work performed.

Test repaired devices to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Strong knowledge of mobile hardware and software components.

Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for repairs.
