About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and quick-responding Chat Process Executive to manage online customer interactions through chat support. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, clear communication, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products/services
Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal systems
Resolve issues by coordinating with relevant departments when required
Follow communication guidelines and ensure high-quality support
Meet daily/weekly targets related to response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Required Skills
