Job Description

Position: Email Support Executive 


Responsibilities:

  • Handle Email non-voice tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
  • Handle customer queries, and resolve issues through email, chat, or other non-voice channels.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance overall customer experience.


Qualifications :

  • Graduates, and Postgraduates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • VT9 quality standards.
  • Age criteria: Up to 30 years.
