🔎 Role Overview

We are looking for talented Client Services Support Specialists (Level I / II) with 1–3 years of experience in inbound international voice processes.

If you have excellent communication skills, strong MS Office knowledge, and are comfortable working in US shifts, we’d love to meet you!

• ✅ What You’ll Need1–3 years of experience (within the last 4 years)
• Inbound International Voice experience (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication & active listening skills
• Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to work in US shifts (India night shift)
• Ability to work from office (all working days)
