About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, fresh graduates who are comfortable with English communication and excited about technology and helping people. As a Technical Support Engineer at Cuzorlabs, you’ll support our customers, solve real-world tech issues, and learn on the job from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand and resolve their issues.
• Troubleshoot basic technical problems related to our products (e.g., connectivity, battery optimisation, router settings, usage queries).
• Guide customers step-by-step with clear and simple explanations.
• Log issues, solutions, and feedback in our systems.
• Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

Who Can Apply

• Any graduate (freshers welcome).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and basic tech.
• Good listener with empathy and patience while dealing with customers.
• Curious, willing to learn, and interested in building a career in tech support/customer success.
