100% weightage for BPO experience; 50% for Non-BPO experience

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication skills

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Typing speed of 20 WPM with 80% accuracy

Interview Process:

RMG Screening

Typing Test (min 20 WPM, 80% accuracy)

Versant Test (Score 60 or above)

U1 Band: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,22,000

U2 Band: ₹4,50,000 – ₹4,75,000
