We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Telecalling Support representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with our clients over the phone, addressing inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for all callers. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.

- Schedule appointments for salon and spa services.

- Provide detailed information about services, promotions, and products.

- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer experience.

- Assist in follow-up calls and remind customers of upcoming appointments.

- Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the salon and spa.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in customer service or telecalling preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and empathy.

- Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.
