We are looking for a passionate Customer Relation Executive to spearhead our support operations, ensuring exceptional service for our users while mentoring a dynamic team of support agents.
Role Overview:
As the Customer Relation Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the customer support team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of user queries. You'll play a critical role in enhancing the quality of user interactions, streamlining processes, and driving team performance to align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
š¼ Lead & Inspire: Motivate and guide a team to crush goals and keep spirits high.
š§ Solve & Support: Handle escalations and build strong customer relationships.
š Analyse & Improve: Track performance, share insights, and refine processes.

What you bring:
⨠Experience: 1-2 years in customer service (1+ years leading a team).
⨠Skills: A problem-solver mindset with top-notch communication.
⨠Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM tools & a passion for customers!
⨠Communication: Strong Communication Skills in the regional languages, Malayalam is a must
