Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues related to Airtel Black services via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Assist customers with account management, service activation, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively in English and at least one South Indian language to cater to our diverse customer base.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and at least one South Indian language (such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam).
- Graduation degree or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 rotational days off.
- Prior experience in customer support or telecommunications is preferred but not required.
