Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Garvebhavi Palya, Bangalore

Salary: 15k to 20k + Incentives

Working time: Any 9 hours (Rotational Shift)

Working Day: 5 days working, 2 days rotational off

Position Overview: As a Customer Support Executive at Altruist Technology, you will be the front line of our customer service team, responsible for ensuring that our clients receive outstanding support and resolve any issues they encounter. You will handle inquiries, provide product information, and troubleshoot problems with a focus on delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels promptly and professionally.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of Altruist Technology’s products and services to provide accurate information and guidance.
  • Stay updated with product changes, enhancements, and industry trends to offer informed support.
  1. Issue Resolution:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions or escalating complex problems to appropriate teams.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Proactively engage with customers to provide support, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improving service.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and new updates.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other support team members, product managers, and developers to resolve customer issues and enhance product offerings.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  1. Reporting and Feedback:
  • Generate reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and support metrics to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on customer interactions to enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Freshers are also applicable for a minimum of [1-3] years of experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a technology or software environment.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic and patient with a customer-first attitude.

Additional Information:

  • Work Hours:(Any 9 hours for Male), fixed shift for female. 2 days rotational week off.
  • Compensation: 15 to 20k plus attractive benefits and incentives.
