Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 06+ months Experience in international call centre
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer feedback

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduates with experience may apply)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Prior experience in international voice process preferred (0–3 years)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications
