Job Description
• Handle incoming parent calls for pediatric consultations and appointment bookings
• Confirm and coordinate doctor appointment slots across clinics
• Manage appointment rescheduling requests and slot changes
• Conduct appointment confirmation calls to reduce no-shows
• Follow up with parents after consultations to check experience and satisfaction
• Escalate concerns to the clinic or management team when needed
• Maintain accurate interaction records in CRM systems
• Coordinate closely with clinic teams for smooth scheduling and communication This role is critical in ensuring that parents experience responsive, organized, and supportive communication throughout their visit journey.
