Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Inquiries and Resolving Issues:
- Answering customer questions, troubleshooting problems, and addressing complaints via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Providing Post-Purchase Support:
- Assisting with product or service usage, guidance on features, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Improving Customer Experience:
- Identifying common issues, suggesting improvements to products or services, and contributing to the development of customer support materials.
- Tracking and Analyzing Data:
- Monitoring customer interactions, analyzing data for trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with Teams:
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintaining Accurate Records:
- Keeping records of customer interactions and using CRM and helpdesk software.
- Building Rapport:
- Establishing a positive relationship with clients and customers, both in person and via phone.
