Job Description

Contacting Debtors: Make outbound calls to individuals and businesses to collect overdue payments.
Account Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of debtor interactions and payment statuses.
Compliance: Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Customer Service: Handle debtor inquiries and disputes, providing clear and accurate information.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure payment commitments are met.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and progress to the Debt Recovery Manager.
