Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and well-spoken Telecaller to join our client engagement team. This role is crucial in driving lead generation and supporting business development efforts through structured outreach and excellent communication.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce service offerings
- Understand client needs and brief them on relevant solutions
- Follow up with potential leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain detailed logs of calls, follow-up status, and feedback in CRM tools
- Handle inbound inquiries and route them to appropriate departments
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure lead conversion and client onboarding
- Maintain a high standard of client interaction and professionalism
- Candidate Profile6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales
- Strong verbal communication in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi preferred)
- Good understanding of structured outbound calling processes
- Basic familiarity with CRM or lead management systems
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined with task execution
