Electrical Billing Engineer

Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and variation claims as per project progress.

Prepare and verify quantity take-offs from drawings.

Ensure compliance with contract BOQ, tender specifications, and approved drawings.

Maintain detailed documentation for all billing activities.

Communicate with clients and consultants for bill approvals, certifications, and clarifications.

Coordinate with Planning, Project, Procurement, and Site Execution teams for progress updates.

Prepare measurement sheets and reconcile quantities regularly.

Cross-check contractor/supplier bills with site measurements.

Review technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accurate billing.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems (cabling, panels, earthing, lighting, equipment power, etc.).
