Job description:We are seeking an Expert Beautician with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a wide range of beauty treatments and have the ability to deliver excellent customer service. The Beautician will be responsible for providing high-quality facial treatments, pedicures, manicures, hair coloring, hair spa, threading, cleanups, detan treatments, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of facial treatments, pedicures, manicures, hair coloring, hair spa, threading, cleanups, and detan treatments with expertise and care.
2. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their beauty needs and provide personalized recommendations.
3. Convince and educate clients about the benefits of different beauty treatments and services offered.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and products.
5. Ensure a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times.
6. Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and professional rapport.
7. Manage appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
8. Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client experience and salon profitability.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a beautician.
2. Expertise in facial treatments, pedicures, manicures, hair coloring, hair spa, threading, cleanups, and detan treatments.
3. Strong ability to persuade and convince clients about the benefits of treatments and services.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
6. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Certification from a recognized beauty school is preferred.
